Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  2. Maintaining the stationary record, requirement and inventory. Keeping a record of marketing tools like brochure, pamphlet, gift articles etc.
  3. Day to day interaction with housekeeping staff and maintaining checklist for the same.
  4. Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations
  5. Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
  6. Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  7. Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  8. Preparing minutes of meeting for all sort of technical and general meeting. Also circulating same to all team members and presented of meetings.
  9. Supporting hand to the technical team for producing professional quality reports, presentations and briefs
  10. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  11. Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team

Qualification required

  1. Graduate in any stream and minimum 2 years of experience for handling similar kind of responsibilities.
  2. Sound knowledge and hands on Computer – MS Office ( MS Excel, Power Point and Word )
  3. Basic bookkeeping and math skills
  4. Proficiency in English; second language a plus
  5. Exemplary planning and time management skills
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  3. Developing deliverable schedules as a roadmap for the construction team
  4. Following the project in case there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks
  5. Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan
  6. Getting right people for handling the project.
  7. Ensuring the project to be completed within given time span, quality norms and budget.
  8. Material management and reconciliation of material on regular interval.
  9. Setting out project specific checklist and standards.
  10. Day to coordination with consultants, client and other stake holders.
  11. Plan and arrange visits to new potential clients
  12. Ensure every client receives enough support and establish unbreakable relationship
  13. Develop contacts with senior staff, directors and other influential people around you
  14. Coordinate support and do the training

  10. Being experienced in performing site visits for Plumbing, Electrical & Fire.
  11. Revit experience is added advantage.
